501(c)(3) Information
Oilfield Helping Hands is registered in Texas as a nonprofit corporation and, as a public charity, is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Thanks to hundreds of volunteers and event sponsors, we provided about $928,000 directly to recipients from 2003 through May 2010, raised by our five major events, corporate members and other donations.
